Im writing to complain about a product that i bought on ur online site.

When i got it , two days late , the box seemed clearly that was opened. I think that someone tried to steal my dvd-player , it seems that he was trying hard to open the box but with no result. I got the stupid destroyed box and the damaged dvd-player on my apartament.When i told to the young boy that brought me that he said that i must talk with the company.

So i called the delivery company and they told me to talk with u the online seller, so i did.

I exept your answer (as fast as u can) and try to find a solution.
